We want you to love your new shoes. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Exchanges

If your pair doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size or colour within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging.

Returns

Changed your mind? Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging. Please keep your order number (e.g. HG-2026-000123) handy.

How to start an exchange or return

  1. Contact us by phone or email with your order number.
  2. Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange collection or drop-off.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your exchange or refund.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, worn shoes and items without their original packaging cannot be returned unless faulty.
